    Research has shown benefits to IQ when beginning GH before 1 yr of age. In teen years before growth is complete, approach endocrinologist regarding future testing and continuing GH at an adult maintenance dose. GH is not just for growth purposes. Benefits: cardiovascular health, leaner muscle mass, reduced body fat, metabolism, increases bone density, improves sleep, may decrease anxiety and depression.
